Eligibility for Devolution:
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition.
- Condition of the Puzzle: The puzzle must be returned in its original packaging, with all pieces intact and undamaged. Puzzles that have been opened, partially assembled, or completed are not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must accompany the return.
Return Process:
